Starting RoyaltyHRTDCo back in 1998. Jenny Cole worked as a Human Resources professional, HR Trainer and writer.
She also taught English to students who were passionate in learning the language yet were struggling to find a capable and effective tutor, while likewise guiding trainees eager for growth and seeking a skilled trainer for personal and professional development .
Having attained her education, she wanted to go global and further expand the team. Anchored in vision and driven by passion, she self-studied her way to success.

Now, not only does she teach, train and coach clients from and around the world, she coaches and trains them to be a better version of themselves. Jenny Cole is also known as a seasoned and inspiring leadership, personal and professional development Speaker.
